PROJECT TIMELINE_
Please note: The following timeline is carefully designed to guide our collaboration, but it is an estimate.
My goal is always to deliver milestones on time, though dates may shift slightly to ensure the best results.
WEEK 1_
FIRST CONTACT & QUOTATION
As soon as you reach out, my priority is to fully understand your needs and goals. We’ll schedule a call to discuss your project in detail. This helps me assess how I can best support you and what resources will be required.
Based on this conversation, I’ll prepare and send you a tailored quotation, along with this onboarding document to give you a clear overview of the process, timeline, and how we’ll work together.
WEEK 1/2_

CREATIVE Kick-OFF MEETING
Once you confirm our collaboration and the project officially begins, I’ll send you a questionnaire to help shape your creative brief.
It’s better if you can return it a few days before our meeting; this gives me time to research and arrive with initial ideas and directions for our Creative Kick-off Meeting:
-
If you’re in Dubai, we can meet in person over coffee.
-
If you’re abroad, we’ll connect via video call.
During the Creative Kick-off Meeting, we’ll cover:
-
Your products and offer
-
The overall feeling you want your brand to give
-
Design preferences such as colors and style
-
Identifying your target audience and market positioning
-
Competitors, brand strategy, and long-term goals
From here, we’ll have a strong foundation to craft your visual identity with clarity and confidence.
WEEK 2/3_

CREATIVE DIRECTIONS PRESENTATION
After our Creative Kick-off Meeting, I’ll prepare 2–3 creative directions to explore together.
This Strategy & Creative Directions document will be presented as mood boards with short explanations, giving you a clear sense of possible design routes.
The goal is to:
-
Confirm that I’ve fully understood your vision
-
Explore different stylistic approaches for your brand
-
Define the vibe, atmosphere, and identity direction
We’ll look at logo inspiration, color palettes, photography style, typography, and tone of voice.
This step ensures we’re aligned before moving into detailed design.
WEEK 3/6_
VISUAL IDENTITY DESIGN
Once you select and refine your preferred direction (via email or voice feedback), I’ll move into design development.
Within 2–3 weeks, you’ll receive a comprehensive presentation of your brand identity.
-
Typically, this includes one complete and refined proposition, carefully crafted thanks to all the preparation work.
-
To make sure everything feels right, the process includes two rounds of feedback and revisions so we can fine-tune details together.
This stage is where your brand truly takes shape, ready to grow into a consistent and professional identity.
WEEK 7/8_
FINAL DELIVERY & BRAND LAUNCH
In the final phase, I’ll develop all the visual assets and brand guidelines you need.
You’ll receive a complete package including:
-
All logo files and design assets in various formats
-
A brand guideline document for consistent use
-
Support and guidance to help you launch your new identity
By the end of this stage, your brand will be fully equipped with a cohesive visual identity, ready to shine across all platforms.
