1. What services do you offer?

I offer a full range of graphic design and creative services, including:

  • Logo, brand + visual identity design

  • Website design + implementation (Shopify e-commerce, Wix showcase sites)

  • Social media strategy, templates & content assets

  • Marketing + printed collateral (brochures, posters, flyers, business cards, etc.)

  • Illustration + custom artwork

  • Creative direction + brand consulting

2. How does the design process work?

My work process is structured, clear and collaborative:

  1. Discovery & Briefing
    We define your objectives, needs, tone and creative direction.

  2. Quotation & Approval
    You receive a detailed proposal including deliverables, price and timeline.
    A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin.

  3. Research & Design Development
    I explore direction, create concepts, build visual propositions.
    A 25% required before revision rounds start.

  4. Review & Revisions

  5. You share feedback
    I refine and adjust within the revision rounds included.

  6. Final Delivery
    Once the remaining balance is paid, I deliver all approved files.

Every project includes a written brief + written scope to ensure full clarity for both sides.

3. How long does a project take?

Timelines vary depending on complexity and content readiness.​

  • Full branding identity → 3–6+ weeks

  • Website with content → 4–10+ weeks depending on material provided

Exact timing is always included in the proposal. Delays in feedback or missing content may extend the schedule.

4. What is the minimum cost to work with you?

My minimum project fee is 3,000 AED.
Every quotation is customised based on scope, deliverables and complexity.

All quotations are valid for a period of 30 days from the date of issue.

5. What is the payment structure?

Standard structure (unless otherwise agreed in writing):

  • 50% non-refundable deposit before work begins

  • 25% required before revision rounds start

  • 25% balance due prior to delivery of final files

No final files are sent until the full balance is paid.

6. How many revisions are included?

By default projects include 2 rounds of revisions unless specified differently in your quotation.
Extra revisions or additional creative directions outside scope will incur additional cost.

7. What do you need from me to get started?

To begin the project smoothly, I will need:

  • A completed brief + any existing brand materials

  • Required content (text, images, references, guidelines…)

  • A signed proposal/quotation

  • 50% deposit payment

Clear + timely communication ensures efficient progress.

8. What happens if I delay sending content, feedback or information?

If I cannot progress due to missing information from the client:

  • Work automatically pauses after 14 days of inactivity and the timeline extends accordingly

  • A reactivation/rescheduling fee may apply

  • After 30 days with no update, the project may be closed

Restarting the project will require payment for work already completed and may require a new quote.

9. Will I own the final design files?

Yes — full ownership of the approved final designs is transferred to you after the final payment.

However:

  • Unused drafts, explorations and concept proposals remain my intellectual property

  • I reserve the right to showcase the work in my portfolio unless confidentiality is formally requested

10. What file formats will I receive?

Standard deliveries include:

Print → PDF, AI, EPS
Digital/web → PNG, JPG, SVG

If you need additional formats (indesign, layered PSD, GIF, video, etc.) simply request it ahead of delivery.

11. Do you work with clients outside the UAE?

Absolutely — I work remotely with clients worldwide.
Communication can happen through email, WhatsApp, Google Meet or the platform that suits you best.

12. Do you offer printing or production services?

I primarily deliver design and digital assets but I will guide you to trusted printers and ensure files are print-ready.
If needed I can assist with print supervision at request (additional fee applies).

13. Can you redesign or refresh an existing logo?

Yes — I can refine, simplify or modernise your current identity while maintaining recognition and consistency.
We will evaluate what to keep, what to evolve and what to rebuild.

14. What if I don’t like the first proposals?

Design is a collaborative, iterative process.
If the first round doesn’t feel right, your feedback will guide adjustments within the revision rounds included.
Clear direction = better output, faster.

15. What if I need additional work after the project ends?

You can always come back for more support — new assets, extra applications, social templates, website updates, etc.
Post-project services are simply quoted as an add-on whenever needed.

16. Can we meet in person?

Yes — if you're in Dubai (or nearby) we can meet for a project discussion or workshop.
If not, distancing is no issue — phone and video calls work beautifully.
